Fishing has been a staple economic income for many families here on Isla Mujeres since the first settlers came to the island. Join our trusted captains and crews who have many, many years of experience and who will take you to the richest ‘local’ fishing grounds and do everything possible to ensure you snag a great catch!
The most common fish you are likely to catch during our ‘local’ fishing excursions include barracuda, snappers, hogfish, grunts and triggerfish. Once back on dry land your crew will be happy to prepare the fish (de-scale and gut) so that you can take them to a local restaurant to be cooked the way you like it, or to take back to your rental property to eat and enjoy at home.
Half day local excursions for 4 hours for up to 4 people starting from $300USD including a cool-box for your catch and all your gear and bait. $50USD per person for additional clients not to exceed 6 people total. Full day excursions from $500USD including all of the above.
