Quality craftsmanship is evident throughout the house from the custom cabinets to the spectacular tile work. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioners.
The large lower pool with poolside bar has plenty of room to relax. Enjoy a more dramatic view from your private rooftop dipping pool. The home is fully furnished with everything you need for a complete vacation. Amenities include flat screen tv, North American cable, local cable, DVD player, CD player with ipod/mp3dock, washer, dryer, microwave and outdoor grill, wireless internet, free local and long-distance phone. Casa Marchon is located on the south end of the island only a short walk from the ruins and a 10 minute cab or golf-cart ride to the spectacular North Beach. This private home is perfect for a romantic vacation, a trip with friends or a family with children.
Additional Amenities: Our concierge service is more than happy to recommend private transfers to and from the airport with an English speaking driver. They can arrange to pre-stock your pantry and refrigerator prior to your arrival, rent a golf cart, arrange for a personal chef, swim with whale sharks (July – September), book world-class sports fishing on boats complete with professional crews, etc… Just ask!We are sure you will love our home as much as we do.

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of monies collected less 30% handling fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no refunds of monies paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of monies paid. Any reservation that is between December 20 and January 3 requires a ninety (90) day notice to cancel in order to obtain the refund of the advance payment less 30% handling fee. Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no refunds of monies paid.
Reschedule Policy :- When cancelling with a sixty (60) day notice. The deposit provided will be kept in an escrow account that can be used towards a new reservation made within 6 months from cancelling and completing travel within a year. Reservations not rescheduled within 6 months will forfeit all funds.
