Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no refunds of monies paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of monies paid. Any reservation that is between December 20 and January 3 requires a ninety (90) day notice to cancel in order to obtain the refund of the advance payment less 30% handling fee.
