High Season & Regular Season 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Remaining 50% to be collected within 30 days before arrival date.
There will be a one night penalty for any reservation canceled no later than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
If canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 you will loose your deposit.
Any cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival are non refundable
However, if we are able to fill your dates we will only charge you the one night penalty.
